In
early 2004 the ground breaking took place on a new
5-acre facility in Mesa, Arizona. A 26,000 sq. ft.
building was constructed with both production
facilities as well as office space. Within one year
a second production warehouse of 7,000 sq. ft. was
constructed to house additional equipment. With
business continuing to grow and future growth being
at the doorstep, in 2007 we moved forward with the
second phase of the original building, adding an
additional 26,000 sq. ft. of building as well as
production equipment that would triple the
production capacity of the plant. This rapid growth
also made it necessary to lease 4 acres of land
adjacent to the facility to store all raw
inventories. In addition to the Mesa facility,
Turley International Resources owns and operates a
13-acre facility in Chandler, Arizona, which has
2,000 feet of rail siding, allowing us to transport
aggregates by rail. In 2006, an 85-acre facility
with additional warehouse space was purchased,
giving TIR the ability to store all products
awaiting shipment to the customers. With these
facilities in place, Turley International Resources
is poised and positioned to be able to service its
clientele ensuring quality and fast
delivery.
We
have an extensive system of equipment, personnel
and processes in order efficiently manage the flow
of production on all of our products.
